Asbestos Surveys
By carrying out an asbestos survey, a report including individual risk assessments can be produced that should prevent or reduce exposure by highlighting the presence of asbestos before work commences. The ultimate aim of a survey is to prevent many unnecessary deaths in years to come by assessing and controlling potentially hazardous working environments.
Over the last fifty years or more, asbestos in its many forms has been used extensively in industry and the building trade. It was used in insulating boards, ceiling tiles, thermal insulation, rope, blanket, joints/gaskets/packings, brake and clutch linings and cement sheets and flues. Above are a few examples. All our surveying services are carried out to the highest standards, providing you with a cost-effective and efficient service.
